PROJECT: PUBLIC ART INSTALLATION, ANIMATED VIDEO Reading Light Click picture to play movie, may take a moment to load. Reading Light is a vertical wall-sized projection of a floor to ceiling bookshelf. Within the books and between the projected shelves are animated dioramas, featuring close-ups and freely shifting views between times and neighborhoods. This project was built from photos taken on walks all over Brooklyn, combined with drawings, paintings and computer generated lights, cameras and animation.
